LIVE DREAMY BEAUTY OF INDIAN & PAKISTANI GIRLS

Khyber College Girls

Here we see girls of the Medical College in Peshawar on their field trip. You’d be hard pressed to find so many beautiful girls in one single photograph! They’re sitting on the banks of a stream in the North West Frontier Province of Pakstan. Notice the picturesque bed of pebbles contrasting with their beautiful clothes.
The two girls in the pink and blue shalwars look especially photogenic. Their clothes complement each other and the environment, creating an impressive effect. Whether Pathan, Punjabi, Sindhi or Baluchi, Pakistani girls prove yet again that when it comes to style and beauty, no other women in the Subcontinent compare

Sameera Reddy & Urmila Mandotkar

Hot and sizzling Sameera Reddy, who featured in Pankaj Udhas music video 'Ahista', started modelling as a gateway to the tinsel world. Youngest and the most pampered of the Reddy sisters, popular VJ's Meghna and Sushma, she debuted with the film 'Maine Dil Tujhko Diya' (2002) and has come a long way from a simple actress to a sx symbol of Bollywood. Trained in Kathak, this tall dusky beauty shot to fame with her dare-bare roles in 'Darna Mana Hai'(2003) and 'Musafir' (2004). The glamour girl was introduced to the southern film industry through the Telugu film 'Narasimhudu' opposite NTR Junior

Urmila Mandotkar
Urmila Matondkar, a Maharashtrian girl from a middle class family stepped into filmdom as a child artist. She appeared in a number of films, the most popular being the award winning film 'Masoom' (1982). The beautiful girl with her impressive figure debuted as a heroine in the Malayalam movie 'Chanakya' (1989) and later with the Bollywood movie 'Narsimha'(1991). After a few insignificant movies, it was her magnificent performance in Ram Gopal Verma's 'Rangeela' (1995), that got her recognition as an actress. The film boosted up her career, and her sizzling and stunning looks in it made her the hottest girl on screen. She received Filmfare best supporting actress award 1999 for 'Judaai'. This skillful actress has proved her immense talent then and again in films like Satya (1998), Pinjar (2003), 'Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Mara' (2005) etc.

Hema Malini

This Friday’s release, Baabul, sees a gorgeous looking Hema Malini take centrestage. The actress does not look like the 58-year-old woman that she is.

And Bollywood has quite a few actresses, who still look radiant and stunning, though they are well past 50.

She redefined beauty, post 50.

In her comeback film, Baghban, Hema Malini looked so gorgeous that she shone over the younger crop of actresses (Mahima Chaudhry, Rimi Sen, Divya Dutta and Suman Ranganathan).
Three years later, Hema cuts the same dazzling look in Baabul.
Hema Malini, the dream girl of the seventies, hailing from the South, started her career with 'Sapno Ka Saudagar' (1968). Initially she did a few trivial films, then her outstanding performance in 'Seeta Aur Geeta’(1972) established her as the queen of the box-office. With her captivating beauty and tinkling laugh Hema, soon became the heartthrob of the masses in the late seventies and early eighties. An excellent Bharat Natyam dancer, wife to Dharmendra, one of Bollywood's biggest stars, she eventually shifted from acting to direction to television to stage dance shows. In 2000, she was awarded the 'Padma Shri' by the government of India. After a long break, she has recently made a comeback to films. Very ambitious, Hema has always lead her life her way, and this still gorgeous actress in her fifties is busy with politics, social work and of course films.

Hema Malini is finally back on television as a producer with the serial Maati ki Banno. She had been gearing up for this since sometime now and there had been a lot of speculations about the show — like was it based on the movie Sarkar Raj or would she cast her daughter Esha Deol in her serial?.
Lucknow: In a bid to attract star-stuck moviebuffs, firecrackers manufacturers have named their products after popular Bollywood actors like Katrina Kaif, Salman Khan and yesteryears actress Hema Malini. They have also come up with an "eco-friendly" version of crackers which will let people enjoy Diwali without worrying about the harmful effects on the nature or children.

The wait is finally over and this month we will all get to see Hema Malini's TV production. The show starring Manoj Chandila and Via Roy Choudhury as the lead pair, is expected to go on air mid-November.

After completing a 10-day outdoor shoot in Mauritius the television show's team is back shooting in Mumbai, say our sources. Hema Malini was unavailable for comment. The dream girl of the Hindi film industry is busy wrapping up her directorial venture with Esha, Tell me Oh Khuda.

Interestingly, the backdrop of this serial is a small town in Bihar, Chapra and revolves around a mother and her son, faced with adverse circumstances

Former Apprentice star Saira Khan: 'Why I shopped my cousin to MI5'

We had expected big smiles and hugs. A joyous reunion after two years, which was how long it had been since my husband Steve Hyde and I had seen my cousin Kamran Mumumtaz on a visit to his village in the Pakistan region of Azad Kashmir.
Kamran’s arrival for a six-month holiday in Britain had been eagerly anticipated. After fighting for a year to get his visa, we were excited about showing him our way of life.

I suppose I was being naive not to have realised that to Kamran and his immediate family, a British visa is like winning the lottery. It is a golden ticket to the West.
Steve and I went to pick him up at Heathrow, along with our one-year-old son Zac, on March 21. We watched as passengers flowed through the arrivals door at Terminal 3. Then we saw him.
Nothing we did – not the sightseeing forays, the shopping trips to buy him clothes and including him in celebrations with Steve’s large family – could lift the glumness.
I even enrolled him in a language school so that he could learn English while he was here. I thought it would be a skill that he could use to get a job back home.
The eight-week course cost me £250. Kamran offered to help out by taking Zac to and from his childminder.
We included him in everything we did, but we couldn’t understand his sullenness because he had been so outgoing and friendly in Pakistan. I kept waiting for him to open up, but he remained quiet and distant.

After a few flops in Telugu and Tamil, I was confused whether I should pursue a career in films. My parents were keen that I get back to studies. I was in my teens. It was then that I was offered a role in the Telugu film Seetharamayyagari Manavaralu. I had to play the granddaughter of Nageswara Rao sir. Also came my way the Tamil film En raasavin manasile. I was to play the lead opposite Raj Kiran, who was also the producer of the film. Frankly, I wondered whether I was doing the right thing by accepting the film. I didn’t know whether it would do any good to my career. Fortunately Meena was proved wrong by the box-office. Both films were super hits. And Meena finally arrived.

Kareena Kapoor’s Top 10 Performances

Idiots: Everyone had very low expectations from Kareena in 3 idiots because it was the story of 3 guys (as the title of the film suggests). Still she managed to a make a mark for herself in this hero oriented film. Her portrayal of Pia, a medical student who falls in love with rancho (played by Aamir) was amazing. Aamir andKareena looked so cute together on screen and their tender romance throughout the film was heartwarming. She displayed great variations in her short role; from the drunken scene with Aamir and saying ‘tumhe ab bhi lagta hai ke kiss karne pe naak beech mein aati hai’ (do u still feel that your nose would come between us while we kiss) to her confrontation scene with her dad (played by Boman) and telling him that he is the reason why her brother committed suicide. Her leaving a mark in this film with her performance says a lot about her being such a superb actress and the numero uno actress in bollywood. She won Best Actress Awards at various events.
5. Refugee : Kareena made her bollywood debut with this J.P. Dutta directed film opposite Abhishek Bachchan. Being from the first family of Bollywood, theKapoors, and being Karisma’ younger sister, she came into the industry with huge expectations. But boy, she didn’t disappoint. She was seen playing aBangladeshi girl Naaz, who falls in love with a Refuge, played by Abhishek Bachchan who helps her and her family to migrate across border. She wore absolutely no makeup in the film and still looked gorgeous as the village girl. As far as her acting skills were concerned, she proved that it was in her genes being a Kapoor. She was a complete natural in front of the camera. She did the emotional scenes as well as the romantic scenes with equal ease. Watch out for her in the song ‘Aisa Lagta Hai, jo naa hua hone ko hai’, her expressions and body language as a shy demure girl who realizes she has fallen in love are priceless. Not to forget, she brought the old world charm with her printed salwar kameezes and undone hair. Her decision of not doing Kaho Naa Pyar Hai paid off with her bagging the Filmfare Best Female Debut in that year for Refugee.
10Golmaal 3: Many of you would not be happy to see this film in the top 10. But I felt that Kareena is such a versatile actress and this film deserves to be in the top 10 just because of the fact that it showed kareena’s capability of doing comic roles with equal ease. She was the central character of the film and played a tomboy named ‘Dabboo’. She was seen wearing cool t shirts and baggy pants in the film and used foul language. She was very funny with her one liners like ‘Ae Titanic ke doobte jahaz’ and ‘kuch hi der mein maa ki aankh hone wali hai’. Also the film was promoted and marketed as a kareena film keeping in view her market standing and using her stardom to draw wider audience.

Kurbaan : Again one of kareena’s best performance; she played the role of a professor Avantika Ahuja who falls in love with a Muslim man only to find out that her husband is a terrorist. She was superb in the film and delivered a great performance. The scene where she finds out that her husband Ehsaan (played by Saif) is a terrorist is very well shot. Avantika is shocked with this discovery and also feels cheated by her own husband and kareena was successful in emoting both the expressions so well. Your heart goes out to when she yells atEhsaan saying ‘Maar Daalo mujhe aur hamare hone wale Bache ko bhi’ (Kill me and our baby too). She was impeccable in the climax scene too where she helplessly stands watching her husband die. Her performance was widely appreciated but Kurbaan didn’t do that well at the BO as expected.

Fashion Boobs: How not to wear Foley + Corinna’s see-through chiffon top

Apparently there was no way for Shopbop to illustrate the see-through nature of this Foley + Corinna top, other than making the model wear it with totally bare breasts underneath, and then Photoshopping out her nipples. No bras, no cami tops, no undergarments of any kind that would’ve allowed us to see that the top was sheer without making the poor girl look like a particularly scary Barbie. Because nipples are NOT ACCEPTABLE, but naked Barbie boobs are totally fine, apparently.

Stock Exchange Business Models and Their Operative Performance

Academic contributions so far analyzed various business models in the first place of the former perspective, while there was little literature to their impact on the fair itself. By using a panel data set of 28 scholarships for the 1999-2003 period, we try to shed light on this issue by comparing the technical efficiency and factor productivity of exchanges with different business models.
Our findings suggest that the exchange of diversification into related activities are generally less efficient than exchanges remain focused on the cash market. In particular, we find no evidence that vertically integrated exchange more efficient. However, they seem a much stronger factor productivity growth than other business models possess.

This trend can mainly be observed between the highly profitable trading platforms. While the pursuit for diversification is probably motivated by the attractiveness of investment opportunities, it is still an open question whether certain integrationactivities are efficient, both from a social welfare and the exchange perspective.

We assume that the integration activity comes at the cost of increased operational complexity that potential synergies between related activities and thus leads to outweigh technical inefficiencies. Our findings contribute to the ongoing discussion about vertical integration.

How can we Manage a High Yield Investing

Transfer of funds from a pension plan for other investments is basically a tax-free exchange. Most employees when their employment terminates transfers the money tax free. Learn 401k rollover rules is essential for a transfer to happen without any kinds of problems, such as fines, taxes, and time constraints. An employee will probably not be able to transfer money from one type of pension scheme to another as long as he or she is employed at the company where the plan was initiated. However, an employee can withdraw money in the form of a loan, and may increase or decrease the amount that goes into the plan.

When making a transfer of funds from one type to another account of the investor needs to make sure that the check is to make to another fund and not for themselves to meet to avoid penalties and taxes. The transfer of funds can be a very good idea if there are better investment choices,
so the money can grow. The most crucial 401k rollover advice can be given to a person after the transfer of funds is how to keep the money be taxed until it is withdrawn. Withdrawing the money early will probably mean a 10% penalty especially if the person is younger than 59 1 / 2. By raising funds, an employer is obliged to approximately 20% of the withdrawal direction of federal taxes. Withdrawals may ultimately be very costly, but the transfer of money can usually achieved with no adverse effects.
The two ways to transfer money on termination of employment for the money in an individual retirement account (IRA) or a new 401k account with a new employer. A person can really benefit from 401k rollover rules, the new employer matching contributions.
